Full Itinerary Planning

Let us take care of every detail for you. We will put together a full itinerary for your trip, from transportation and accommodation to thrilling activities, in collaboration with our local partners.

  • As an affiliate of Fora Travel, we have partnerships with over 4,500 hotels and travel providers around the world. These include Virtuoso, Four Seasons, Rosewood, Belmond, The Leading Hotels of the World and many others. When booking with our partner hotels, you’ll receive complimentary breakfast, upgrades when available, resort and spa credits, and welcome amenities.

  • Our Accommodations Only service does not cost you anything, as our team will get paid a commission by the property or properties that are booked. If you decide to book our Full Itinerary Planning service, which includes tours, activities, transportation, reservations, etc., we will charge $75 a day for our services.

  • We can, but recommend that you book your own flights with your preferred airline. We specialize in on-the-ground experiences, including booking accommodations and activities. If you do decide to book your airfare with us, we will charge $100 per person to do so.

  • You can contact us directly and we will make sure that either ourselves or our on-the-ground partners are able to assist you in a timely fashion.

  • We are not able to book accommodations or flights using credit card points. However, if you’d like to use points to cover some of your trip, we suggest using them for your airfare. Note that we can include loyalty numbers on hotel bookings when possible, so that you are still able to accrue points.
